We would like to bring to light events that have taken place over past years, all occurring within a 54-day period, a time that has been designated as Memorial Season. It begins April 19^{th and 20th}, the dates of the Oklahoma City Bombing and the Columbine High School massacre. Memorial Season ends on June 12^th , the date of the murders of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. ( Additionally, more than half of all school shootings in our country have occurred within this period.) The tragedies remembered within this season represent every type of violence that plagues mankind. Memorial Season remembers these anniversaries and victims of violence, while bringing awareness, benefiting victims families and educating our youth.

The music on this CD was writen and recorded by The Harris family, and dedicated to families who have lost loved ones to violence. Heart and Soul was originally recorded in 1996 as a CD single and becamse Nicole's memorial song a year later. The CD single was re-done in 1999 and "Flame" was written by Message Mon and his friend Jonathan "Sugarfoot" Moffett for the victims of Columbine. This is the music that we will all listen to on June 12th.

Listed below are only a few of the "Monumental " cases that have effected the lives of many. We remember these "Fallen Angels" in honor of victims never mentioned.
April 19 1995	On the morning of April 19, 1995, at 9:02am, a massive explosion occurred which sheared the entire north side of the building, killing 168 people.
April 19 1995	In 1993 at Waco, Texas, 81 persons died
April 19 1999	HEATHER LYNNE WILLIAMSON died. She was stalked, beaten and stabbed to death.
April 20 1999
April 22 to 28	National Crime Victims Week.
April 24 1915	Anniversary of Armenian Genocide
April 24 1998	Science Teacher is Shot to death in front of students at a graduation dance In Edinboro, Pa.  A 14 year old student is charged for the crime
April 28 1998	Two teenage boys are shot to death as they played basketball at Pomona, Ca. elementary school. A 14 year boy is charged for the crime.
April 29 1975	Vietnam War Ends
April 29 1992	Los Angeles Riots
April 29 2000	Pittsburgh, PA. Anita Gordon 63, Anil Thakur, 31, Sandip Patel, 25,Thao Pham, 30, Ji-Ye Sun, 34, Gary Lee, 22 years old were shot and killed in a rampage because of their diverse ethnic backgrounds. in different areas. ( killer, Richard scott Bauhammers)
May 01 2001	Chandra Levy Disappears & Murdered
May 3, 1999	Brandon Wiener & Serria Soto Killed at a pre school in Costa Mesa Calif.
May 5 2001	Bonnie Lee Blakley Murdered
May 6 1993	Orange County postal worker Mark Richard Hilbun, 42, killed his mother, and then killed a co-worker at a Dana Point post office and wounded six other people during a rampage.
May 6 1993	Postal worker Larry Jason kills one and wounds two at the post office garage in Dearborn, Mich., before killing himself.
May 6 - 12	Police Officers Memorial Week
May 11, 2004	Nick Berg American prisoner beheaded in Iraq
May 19, 1998	1 student killed in the parking lot at Lincoln County High School three days before he was to graduate. The victim was dating the ex-girlfriend of his killer, 18-year-old honor student Jacob Davis. Fayetteville, Tenn.
May 21, 1998	2 students killed, 22 others wounded in the cafeteria at Thurston High School by 15-year-old Kip Kinkel. Kinkel had been arrested and released to his parents a day earlier, after it was discovered that he had a gun at school. His parents were later found dead at home. Springfield, Ore.
May 22, 2002	Chandra Levy Remains Found

June 7 2001	School Slayings Ikeda, Japan Eight 1st and 2nd graders Stabbed to death.
June 8 2001	Osaka, Japan.. With a knife a man went into a elementary school and killed eight children, wounded another 18 and killed two adults
June 9 2001	New Library opens at Columbine High --- --- A New Start
June 11 2001	Tim McVeigh executed --- --- closure
June 12 1994	Nicole Brown & Ron Goldman Murdered
June 14 1998	James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes - This anniversary falls out side of the Memorial Season so we remember James Byrd on the Last Day of the season along with Nicole and Ron and all victims of violence.
